Xmas blues

So the Christmas period is nearly over & what a great time we have all had. Our flat has been taken over by toys, books, games and dolls so our 2 year old is in her element. All our presents have been handed out bar one as i forgot to buy +Olwen Shaw  a christmas gift this year! Sorry Ol! How on earth did i forget?! We will make it up to you somehow..! It must be time to get back to some crafting though, so in the new year expect lots of new designs and pics of spring season products. Valentines here we come! x

Home Alone

So my other half is out tonight on his work Xmas do. This gives me the opportunity to catch up on the TV shows & start a few orders that have come in in the last few days. Also Santoro products are flying out of my eBay shop so trips to the Post Office have been included into my daily routines! With the last posting date for 2nd class tomorrow i think it will be a busy evening of ordering & writing cards for some! x

Organised!

I've been quiet lately due to getting orders finished, keeping eBay stocked & STILL sorting out a flooded flat. But its getting there so i'm back on the laptop doing some networking and selling!All my Christmas orders have either been collected or posted, all my own wrapping and cards have been finished and the tree is up (which looks brill even if i do say so myself).I've even started thinking about a range for Valentines...
Steady on I hear you say! You can never be too organised..x

Timings

Well I've been slightly busy lately what with a flooded flat, burst shower, damp carpets, finishing orders, Christmas shopping, and general upkeep! Were almost in December which means the chocolate advent calendars can be opened (yay!) although its now the turn of my little one to do it which means i just get to watch (boo!) but i can start wrapping presents, writing cards, put the tree up, get the Christmas table runner out  and look forward to some hearty meals!x

Ideas..

Well its nearly Thursday again & i haven't blogged! Sorry, I've been busy busy visiting family & sorting out some orders for an idea i have. So next week will see me get back to crafting & developing this idea so it turns into reality. Ill keep you posted ;) x

Thursday already!

This week has gone so fast i haven't even had a chance to blog! Today i did pick up some more card blanks of various sizes so i can experiment with creating a few smaller cards that would come in a pack of 4/5 for example. I've also been looking into buying new stock for my eBay shop so i can develop the ranges & create larger quantities. Chow for now!x

Chilli

What better way to start a chilly week with a slow cooked chilli! Thats on tonights menu anyway. After a busy weekend of socialising, fireworks and visiting a craft fair at Sevenoaks School its back to a normal week of crafting and bringing up my 2 year old. So expect some christmas themed pictures ( with maybe a winter wedding design thrown in) and some shouts of frustration from me as i try to master my sewing machine for the first time!x

Weekend Crafting!

Its the weekend & I'm still trying to craft around the family duties & X Factor! Today i have finished a Christmas order so here's a peak at the final card ....

Donkey!

I can now show you a special card i made for a friend; an unusual request but i enjoyed making it! I think the recipient likes it! Im going to try out more animals on children's cards in the future x

Brights

This afternoon i finished & posted a christening card ready for the weekend..Loving the bunting theme at the moment!

I then started an age 2 card for a boy with bright colours and shapes. Great for lifting the mood on these dark days!

Early birds!

An early morning post from me today! Were off to get some craft supplies this morning, then this afternoon i will start an age 2 card for a little boy with lots of bright colours and stars. Later, my 2 year old & I are going to make some Christmas cards for the fam! x

Tea

Today i started the Christmas collection and a few orders i have pending. Lots of work with felt & scissors, and drinking lots of tea! x

90 years young!

Today i have been to a 90th tea party. We ate cake & danced to 'California Dreaming' by the The mamas & The Papas. So not much crafting but i got a few ideas to play around with tomorrow! x

family

Today i have been making a mum 60th card to use as an example so people can order a personalised family card, a picture will follow tomorrow when it is complete! I also made Delia's butternut squash & leek soup! A proper family day today!x

Chocolate!

New felt sheets bought today, spotty pink, blue, red and grey from 10outof10trading on ebay. Quick delivery will mean i can start making some christmas cards! I will also be swapping some crafting ideas at the weekend with +Olwen Shaw ! We will keep you posted whilst munching our way through mountains of chocolate! x

Today i have been crafting away making baby cards; samples, orders & just generally faffing! x

2014!!

Today i have been creating some rustic wedding cards for 2014! Nothing like starting early! I've also been looking into craft fairs to sell my products and raise more awareness. I'll keep you all posted where i will be displaying and selling so you can come along!
